North & West Cleaning

North & West Cleaning Systems opened its doors in December 2011 by Mr. Henning Stoltz, as a sole proprietor with a small work shop of 25 square meters and a tool box that was bought at Mica Hardware for R 1 295.00.

 
The company’s first employee started in January 2012. At that stage the company was averaging a turnover of
R 12 000.00 p/month. In July 2012 the company was registered as North & West Cleaning Systems (Pty) Ltd, due to growth in turnover to R 40 000.00 p/m we were able to relocate to a better  workshop of 75 square meters.

 
We expanded to a new building of 200 square meters in February of 2013; the new premises included office space, reception area as well as a board room. Our stock holding level grew from R 200.00 in December 2011 to approximately     R 215 000.00 in February 2013. Our asset level also increased from R 1 295.00 in December 2011 to approximately
R 175 000.00 in May 2013.

 
Mrs. Chrizaan Stoltz joined our team in February 2013 as receptionist and filing clerk. Chrizaan and I also started a chemical manufacturing plant on the same premises. This chemical division had an average turnover of R 26 000.00 p/m by October 2013.
 

In November 2013 Mr. Johan Blackie joined the team as a technician. In March 2014 we had outgrown our workspace and were in need of a bigger building. At this point we split our operation into two buildings; service, sales and admin office to the new building of 400 square meters, the chemical manufacturing division, which was self-sustainable at this point, and the stores remained at the old building.

 
Mrs. Elmarie Bester joined the team in February 2014 as the General Manager, and from that time our staff compliment has grown to 12 in total. We also expanded our building to include a separate workshop for steel works.

 
Our current team has substantial accumulative experience and knowledge of the cleaning industry, as you will find in the outline below;

 
Mr. Henning Stoltz has 34 years’ experience. He was part of Centurion Cleaning systems in sales & technical for 18 years, they specialized in Industrial & Consumer High Pressure & Floor care machines, their main focus was Karcher & Numatic equipment although they traded in all makes. He was part of the sales team at Wap South Africa (Nilfisk) for 12 years, his main focus was working with the industrial & mining industry  on their industrial & consumer high pressure & floor care machinery needs.

 
Mrs. Elmarie Bester was part of Wap South Africa for 4 years, first as sales secretary and then as stores manager and is currently with North & West Cleaning Systems for 2 years.
 
Mr. Johan Blackie, 3 years with North & West Cleaning Systems as technician. Ms. Chrizaan Viljoen, 3 years with North and West Cleaning Systems, first as admin then as Chemist responsible for mixing chemicals and the quality control thereof. Now she is account manager for our big clients.
 
Mr. Danie Venter joined the team in October 2016. He was part of the sales team at Wap South Africa (Nilfisk) for 5 years, his main focus was working with the industrial & mining industry  on their industrial & consumer high pressure & floor care machinery needs.
 
Thus as explained above, the North & West Cleaning Systems team has experience of 49 YEARS, and is one of the best in this industry.
